New Chef In The Kitchen At Opa
This week, Opa welcomes chef Bobby Saritsoglou.
This week, Opa welcomes new executive chef (and mustache enthusiast) Bobby Saritsoglou.
He was formerly the chef at Santucci’s in Bella Vista and has worked in various restaurants in Greece–which makes him a good fit at Opa.
Saritsoglou is currently working on assembling a new menu at Opa with plans to roll it out in April. After that, he’ll turn his attentions to an update of the board at the Drury Beer Garden.
