Vetri veteran Justino Jimenez is opening Los Jimenez Mexican Cocina, a taco shop at 6th and Oregon that will focus on spit-roasted, Al Pastor style tacos. Food Junkets has the details on the shop which will open around April 1st.

You may have already had Jimenez’s tacos if you have been at the Garage on a night he was in the cart. We have only heard good things about his tacos.
