Tomorrow: Brick And Mortar Preview At The Garage

Brick & Mortar (ex-Franklin Mortgage partner Mike Welsh’s new spot) is expected to open sometime in March. But if you want a little preview of what’s to come in the Goldtex building, check out the Garage tomorrow, February 24, beginning at 5 pm because that’s when chef Brian Ricci will be in the house giving a little preview.

Ricci plans to be serving up some items from Brick & Mortar’s opening menu at the Garage’s indoor food cart on East Passyunk. So if you’re not really into the whole East Passyunk Restaurant Week, go taste what’s to come at one of Details magazine’s Most Anticipated Bar Openings of 2015.

Here’s what Brian Ricci will be serving:

Tandoor Pork Loin — Paprika, Ginger, Garlic, Yogurt, Lime Wedge

Grilled Masala Chicken Thigh — Mint, Cilantro, Chilis, Ginger, Garlic, Curry Leaf, Yogurt, Lime Wedge

Pemaquid Oysters with a Champagne Vinegar Mignonette
