David Katz and Scott Schroeder Are Getting Together to Fry Some Chicken

Yeah, it’s been a little while since we last had a chance to get our hands on some of Meme’s famous fried chicken–you know, what with Meme not actually being a restaurant anymore and all that. But great fried chicken always finds a way to come back, and on February 19 it’s going to be coming back again to American Sardine Bar.

Details? Here’s all you need to know. It starts at 11am. It’ll run you $11 for some fried chicken, a biscuit and a Miller High Life (which is fried chicken’s favorite beer). Katz, Schroeder and their crew will keep cooking chicken until it runs out or people stop coming. And odds are pretty good that it’s gonna be busy so, you know, be prepared.
