Bru Hosting Sour Bowl This Weekend
The event will feature mouth-puckering, rare sour beers.
Calling all beer lovers: if you’re into funky, mouth-puckering beers, we’ve got something that may spark your interest.
On January 25, Bru will be hosting Sour Bowl I, a pay-as-you-go event including 32 unique drafts priced between seven to nine dollars. The event will include rare sours, as well as ciders, ales, imperial IPAs and stouts. The taps will open at noon and are first come, first served. It will include Allagash Brewing Company Currant Affair, Perennial Artisan Ales The Last Word, Russian River Brewing Consecration and much more. Chef Andrew Gaspar will also feature specials like house-made pickles, sandwiches, appetizers and desserts.
