This Weekend: Lineup for the PHS Fall Festival

For those of you who didn’t get your fill of outdoor food-and-booze festivals at last night’s Feastival or Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll, here’s another chance for you to get out in the sun and eat some stuff–the PHS Fall Festival.

It’s happening tomorrow at the Navy Yard and we’ve got the full list of food, drinks and sweets that’ll be on site to distract you from all the gardening displays and flowery knick-knacks.

BEVERAGES
Made in the Shade LeMoNaDe — Pumpkin-Blackberry LeMoNaDe along with their regular juices
Inspired Brews — Kombucha: PHS Pumpkin spice, The Franklin Tea Caramel Apple, Blueberry Maple Lemon,
Peddler Coffee — Micro roasted beans served hot or cold from a trike.

COOKED
Luke’s Lobster — Maine style seafood ( Lobster Rolls, Crab Rolls ,Shrimp Rolls,) served chilled atop a buttered, toasted New England-style, split top bun with a swipe of mayo, a sprinkle of lemon butter, and a dash of their secret spice.
Hocks N Coqs — Artisan corn dogs! As well as pork and chicken sausage sandwiches.
Nick Merlino Pig Roast — classic Italian / South Philly porchetta sandwiches on focaccia bread
Poi Dog Philly — Mochi nori fried chicken rice flour & furikake-battered chicken with togarashi-yuzu mayo, Kalua pork tacos with pineapple salsa
Pbon’s Fresh Phood — Crab cake sliders
Heart Food Truck — peach french toast / short rib sandwiches
Seoulfull Philly — Cheesesteak Korean: Thinly sliced Korean BBQ marinated beef, whiz, sauteed kimchi and onions, / SeoulBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich: Pulled pork, traditional tomato based BBQ sauce infused with Korean flavors, topped with a napa cabbage and cucumber slaw / Corn on the Seoul: Deep fried corn on the cob, gochujang crema, crumbled cotija cheese, scallions and toasted sesame seeds
