Sidecar Shakes Up Its Menu

Sidecar Bar & Grille at 22nd and Christian is changing up its menu. The biggest change is the addition of a burger section that includes ten different burgers plus a build-your-own option. After 10 p.m. all of the house burgers, as well as the build-your-own version are reduced to $10. Also new on the menu is the beer can chicken sandwich, long a stalwart at Kraftwork (Sidecar’s sister bar) and an al pastor sandwich served on a long roll.

Sidecar is also rolling out a new happy hour promotion called “7 Before 7.” The deals include seven half-priced draft beers, $4 house cocktails and $4 picklebacks from the bar’s new pickleback list. Two carnitas, nachos and chicken bites are available between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. for $7.
