Cichonski Takes Over Old City Bar

Jason Cichonski is taking over Philadelphia Bar & Restaurant. Cichonski is joining up with PBR co-owner Charlie McMaster to relaunch the bar as The Gaslight.

Cichonski tells Michael Klein that  the Gaslight will be a “relatively neighborhood-friendly bar” and it will serve brunch all-day on Sundays.
