New Menu at the Grubhouse

West Passyunk’s Grubhouse came on the scene earlier this year, winning a Best of Philly award for Hangover Cure. Now they’ve brought on Chris Ritter, a former cook at Brauhaus Schmitz and alum of the COOK Masters Program, to enhance the kitchen’s offerings. Today they debut their tightened up menu with ingredients like, “bacon fat powdered sugar” and a pretty awesome sounding bologna sandwich with bacon fat onions, hot sauce mayo and American cheese.
