Stella Rossa Sets Opening Date

Stella Rossa is replacing Square Peg at 10th and Walnut Streets. The 200-seat Italian bistro is the fourteenth restaurant for Dave Magrogan.

The restaurant will open on Wednesday, October 30th at 4 p.m. That will be followed by more training and a grand opening on Saturday, November 2nd.

The menu features cheese, cured meats and olives that are curated by Di Bruno Bros. Pizzas and wood-fired specialties like a rigatoni pizzaioli.

The restaurant will also contain an area dedicated to coffee and daily-made grab-and-go breakfast options.

During the grand opening, Stella Rossa will be offering a complimentary appetizer (one per table).
