Shake Shack Opens in King of Prussia
Solar powered Shake Shack opens in King of Prussia.
The King of Prussia Shake Shack has swung open its doors to hungry suburban shoppers and office workers. This new location will serve all of your favorite Shake Shack classics along with new frozen custard concretes:
- Valley Forge Freeze – chocolate custard, caramel sauce, cheesecake blondie, chocolate sprinkles and sea salt.
- Liberty Shell – vanilla custard, Termini Bros. cannoli shell, strawberry purée and lemon ricotta.
- Peanut Gallery – vanilla custard, peanut butter sauce, marshmallow sauce and shattered sugar cone cookie.
Five percent of sales from King of Prussia’s Liberty Shell concrete will support New Leash on Life USA, a locally based prison dog-training program that saves the lives of shelter dogs by training and socializing them to enhance their adoptability while helping inmates learn to train and care for dogs.
The new location features a solar panel-covered roof that will produce roughly 10% of the Shake Shack’s energy.
