Nerd Alert: Dr. Who Trivia At Victoria Freehouse

Are you a Dr. Who fan? Do you like trivia? And beer? And fish fingers? Then man, do I have the perfect night out for you.

On Monday, October 7, the Victoria Freehouse in Old City is doing a Dr. Who trivia night complete with prizes, drink specials and a sci-fi themed menu (which, under normal circumstances, I would say is just unconscionably cheesy, but what kind of humorless twerp doesn’t want to wash down their Protein 1 Stew and Jammy Dodgers with a Sonic Screwdriver cocktail while guessing how many colors there were in the 4th Doctor’s scarf?).

Anyway, the details are thus: Monday, October 7 at 7pm. $20 prix fixe sci-fi menu and $8 cocktails fit for a Time Lord. Three rounds of trivia. Prizes for first and second place, best team name and (wait for it, geeks…) best costume. So yeah, you should TOTALLY plan on dressing up in that Cyberman outfit you’ve got hidden in your closet.

Oh, and one last thing? Reservations are strongly encouraged. Because this event has sold out every time it’s been held in Haddonfield, and often very quickly.
