British Beer Tasting at Victoria Freehouse
The Victoria Freehouse in Old City is offering a bloody good deal on Friday, August 16 during happy hour from 4-7 p.m.
Patrons can treat themselves to four 10 oz. pours of UK imported draught beers plus Welsh Rarebit and Crispy Chickpea Fries, all for just $15/person.
The four draught pours are:
- Old Speckled Hen – English Pale Ale with full, smooth flavor, rich amber color, fruity aroma, and a malty taste
- Wells Bombardier – A spicy and fruity ale with peppery aromas, malty richness, and tangy hops
- Fuller’s Bengal Lancer – A classic IPA, full-bodied and hoppy
- Fuller’s ESB – Originally brewed as a winter beer in 1971, ESB has a mahogany appearance and is a Premium Bitter with notes of malty toffee and caramel, a cherry and orange nose, and a full-bodied flavor
