Eagles Tight End Brent Celek Is Opening Prime Stache, a Restaurant in Old City
Eagles tight end Brent Celek is opening Prime Stache in Old City on Monday, April 29th. The American bistro will take over 879 Lounge, a collaborative bar project with Eagle teammate, Todd Herremans. The new project features an affordable menu of snacks, salads, pasta, sandwiches and entrees.
Menu highlights include:
- Sweet and spicy Sriracha wings
- Pork Belly Grits
- Stache Burger – herbs, spices, tomato, bacon, pepper aioli, white american cheese
- Prime Pepper Steak – pepper crusted sirloin, parsley pesto, celery root mashed
