Mica Offering a Foie Gras Tasting Dinner for $45

On Wednesday, January 30th and Thursday, January 31st Chip Roman is preparing a four-course foie gras tasting dinner at Mica. The dinner is $45 per person and beverage pairings will be available. Check out the drool-worthy menu after the jump.

First Course:
Foie Gras Soup
Apricot, Almond & Brioche

Second Course:
Foie Gras Terrine
Banana, Walnut & Szechuan Peppercorn

Third Course:
Roasted Foie Gras
Magret Duck Breast, Golden Quinoa & Broccoli

Fourth Course:
Foie Gras Semifreddo
Red Currant, Pineapple & Kiwi
