Chicago’s Publican crew in town for Alla Spina’s Industry Night

Alla Spina is taking the reins from Amis for the Vetri Family industry nights. And tonight, the Publican’s owner Paul Kahan, chef Brian Huston and beer director, Michael McAvena will be on hand. As will a new Alla Spina/Victory Brewing collaboration beer.
