Hickory Lane’s Bar Menu and Fall Additions
Fresh with a new liquor license under their belt, Hickory Lane is shedding their BYO status and has a new bar menu as well as signature cocktails to accompany their seasonal American Bistro cuisine.
Chef Matt Zagorski offers a constantly changing menu at Hickory Lane as he strives to capture the heart of each season. The fall menu is certainly celebrating the harvest’s bounty, with appetizers and entrees featuring seasonal ingredients in their prime. Start your meal off with Cauliflower Soup with truffle oil and chives, the signature Hickory Lane Salad which boasts baby frisee, butter poached potatoes, pancetta, a poached egg, focaccia croutons, and a sherry vinaigrette, or the Butternut Squash Risotto with blue cheese. Slide into the entree section and choose from options like the Herb Roasted Chicken with green garlic potato puree, pearl onions, and asparagus, or the Duck Breast with wild rice, roasted red beets, corn, and a foie gras emulsion.
While the main menu is sure to please, the new bar menu is a list of tasty bites. For now, its featuring Autumn Spiced Fries with a chipotle aioli, a Fried Oyster Po’Boy and a Blackened Chicken Thigh Sandwich. Their extensive list of specialty drinks and other spirits are sure to have your own spirits feeling fine. Wash down one of the new bar menu items with a Honey Bourbon Lemonade, a Grapefruit Margarita, a Hemingway, or one of their punches, you can’t go wrong.
