Kevin Sbraga’s Sloppy Jose On the Menu at Lincoln Financial Field

Aramark and Lincoln Financial Field have partnered up with Kevin Sbraga of Top Chef fame to bring a brand new sandwich to the concession stands. Eagles fans can pick up the Sloppy Jose – a short rib and chorizo sandwich topped with queso Chihuahua and slaw, served with chips – on either side of the club level every game day.

This exclusive sandwich is part of a few new menu items to hit the stands from local names and Aramark including:

  • Assorted grilled cheeses from local Melt Down Grilled Cheeses
  • A spinach chicken parm sandwich on an Italian roll with provolone from Dietz & Watson
  • Pass Interference Sandwich– South Philadelphia-style roasted pork with arugula, fontina cheese, garlic jus on a seeded Italian roll
  • Italian Market Nacho– Homemade sausage Bolognese, mozzarella cheese sauce, house made ricotta and fresh jalapenos on a bed of corn chips.

Look for these new dishes throughout the Eagles season.
