Russet Now Offers Weekend Brunch
Chef-Owners Andrew and Kristin Wood are now offering brunch at Russet. The BYOB is offering seasonally-inspired brunch dishes every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m.
Andrew’s savory dishes will show off his expertise in butchery and charcuterie.
Main brunch dishes at Russet
the brunch menu will change frequently but may include:
Duck and Bacon Pâté with baby arugula, whole grain mustard and croutons
Scallop and Shrimp Crêpe with chives, beurre blanc and baby spinach
Herbed Omelet with ricotta cheese, chives, chervil and parsley
Biscuits and Gravy with chili oil and red chard
Main dishes range from $6 to $18.

Brunch Drinks at Russet
Philadelphia’s Counter Culture coffee, cappuccino and espresso will be served. Loose teas from Upton Tea, such as Single-Estate Darjeeling and Assam, are offered to complete the meal. Russet also features house-brewed orange peel iced tea and homemade seasonal sodas, such as pear and ginger. For those BYOB-ing (bringing your own bubbly) Russet will offer a rotating selection of freshly-squeezed juices, which may include tangerine or grapefruit.
