Eat Like a Chef
Every week Matyson offers a $45 tasting menu built around a theme. This week the Center City BYOB is offering diners the chance to “eat like a chef.” Among the rich offerings, Duck Pho with foie gras dumpling, rice noodles and pickled turnips.
