Fathom Adds Brunch, Industry Night
This Sunday Fathom Seafood House will kick off Sunday brunch as well as an industry night. Brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and features highlights like:
- Shrimp and Chorizo Frittata with piperade, shaved manchego
- Croque Norvegien with gruyere, smoked salmon, fried egg, shallot soubise
- House Made Chipped Beef Biscuits with oyster gravy, green onion

Industry night runs from 10 p.m. to midnight on Sundays and features $1 oysters, $2 pounders, $3 oyster shots, $4 well drinks and $5 snacks.
