Georges Perrier Is Cooking in Conshy


Blackfish’s Chip Roman got his start in the culinary world under the tutelage of Georges Perrier. Now on Monday, February 28th the mentor, Chef Perrier will join his protégé, Chef Roman to prepare a collaborative dinner at Roman’s Blackfish Restaurant. The five-course dinner will cost $95 per person.
