The Year in Bells


Craig LaBan wrote the year in bells for yesterday’s Inquirer, highlighting 2010’s pizza trend and the continued importance of craft beer.

As for the bells, there were only a couple of adjustments, Ambler’s Dettera went from from one-bell to two as new chef Jeffrey Power made an impact. Pizzeria Stella lost a bell as Starr’s “A-team” moved on to other projects.

Personally we were betting that Fish and Fond would find additional bells in their Christmas stockings.
