Dishes like Adsum’s foie gras poutine need no adjustment for the colder weather but others have been tweaked or added. Also made official this fall is Adsum’s late-night deals.
After 10pm specials are offered including drink deals like $3 cans of beer, wine flights and complimentary passed snacks. Past bites have included:
