Amada’s 5th Anniversary Menu

Amada is turning five and Jose Garces‘ first restaurant is celebrating with a special menu. Available for the month of October, this $65 menu includes white, red and seasonal sangria plus classic dishes alongside selections from his cookbook Latin Evolution and even some Iron Chef America dishes.
