Capogiro’s New Cocktails
Bartender Katie Loeb (Oyster House) has been working with Capogiro’s Penn location on a new sorbetto cocktail list. We were able to sample several of the concoctions Friday night and we have to say we were impressed. The cocktails were chilly, not icy and never cloyingly sweet.
Among the highlights were the Ice on the Wings inspired by the Aviation, Mr. Disney, a Corpse Reviver #2 with lemon sorbetto, and the Tiramisu, a spot-on rendition of the dessert.
