New Operator for Kelly Drive Concession

The Philadelphia department of Parks and Recreation has put out a request for proposals to manage Lloyd Hall Cafe on Kelly Drive. The cafe is situated at the base of Kelly Drive next to Boathouse Row. Currently the cafe offers the basics but not much more. We can imagine this being a great location for a more ambitious project.The tipster who emailed us the information is betting on Stephen Starr to win the contract, who would you like to see run the cafe.

Proposals are due August 27th, a pre-proposal and tour is set for August 3rd.
