Receiving Matyson’s tasting menu email is always a highlight of the week. Especially when the BYOB does a lobster themed week. This week it’s five courses of lobster love for $45.

Ceviche
Cucumber, melon, mint & basil, yuzu, gazpacho sauce

Consomme
Shell beans, tiny tomatoes, shaved radishes, fresh herbs

Butter Poached
Seared foie gras, jalapeno corn cakes, blueberry-ginger sauce

Smoked
Porcini spaetzle, wild mushrooms, bacon, chicken jus
