Industry Night at Amis is this Monday

Amis is doing its monthly industry night again this Monday, July 5th. This month the theme is Italian BBQ. There will be free food from 10pm to midnight with drink specials from 10pm to 2am.

Chefs Brad Spence, Marc Vetri, and Jeff Michaud will be preparing smoked, slow-roasted hams, pork legs, and assorted marinated vegetables picked up from local farms this weekend.
