The Franklin’s Happy Hour: Half the Drink at Half the Price
An anniversary special at the Rittenhouse speakeasy will run all summer long
The Franklin Mortgage & Investment Co. — that swanky, speakeasy-style cocktail haven — is celebrating its first birthday by introducing a summer “half-sized” cocktail happy hour on Monday, June 21st. The happy hour will run every Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., until Labor Day on September 6. The rotating, brief menu will consist of classic and signature drinks — like the Queens Park Swizzle and the Kensington — at $6 each (half-sized and half-priced, then, as cocktails at the Franklin are typically $12 each). The idea is that patrons will be able to sample more of the bartenders’ artful concoctions on each visit.
