Bibou Celebrates Escargot Day

As we mentioned last week, Southwark is celebrating National Escargot Day but the Bainbridge restaurant is not alone. Bibou is also in on the act with a special $50 menu being offered on Wednesday, May 19th and Thursday, May 20th.

Chilled lettuce soupe, smoked snails
Poached brill stuffed with snails and tarragon; mousserons mushroom fricassee; bouillabaisse emulsion
L.I. Duck breast, snails confit, shaved baby carrot, crispy polenta, red wine sauce
Fruit sponge cake, escargot shaped meringue
The escargot menu will be offered in addition to the regular a la carte menu.
