London Grill Celebrates Passover
Fairmount’s London Grill celebrates Passover with its annual Seder Dinner and a special Meatball Monday.
The Seder Dinner will be available Monday, March 29 and Tuesday, March 30 for $40 four 4-courses. The meal features modern takes on traditional dishes from chef and co-owner Michael McNally. Items from the Passover menu will also be available a la carte through Monday, April 5. The 5th will also feature a special Passover Meatball Monday.
“Our guests always enjoy our annual Passover celebration,†says co-owner Terry Berch, who is herself Jewish, “and love to celebrate with friends and relatives while savoring the special dishes that we serve.â€
This year’s dinner will feature:
- Gefilte Fish
- Matzah Ball Soup
- Braised Brisket,
- Poached Wild Sea Bass with braised artichokes
- Roasted Veal Breast with spring herbs
- Braised Lamb Shank with olives and preserved lemon
- Matzo (unleavened bread)
- Charoset (a sweet, dark-colored paste often made from dates and nuts)
- Shank bone
- Other symbols of Pesach
