Chifa Overhauls Menu

Chifa has recently overhauled its menu, making it a lot easier to decide what to order. The menu is split simply into hot and cold sides with a handful of specialties. We think this really addresses the number one complaint we’ve heard about Chifa, “it’s tough to know what to order.” It doesn’t hurt that the prices have also come down a bit and the ceviche portions are bigger.

And if a recent dinner we were invited to there is any gauge, the kitchen is in high gear. The super-satisfying meal featured plenty of highlights including a spicy calamari salad featuring calamari cut so thin it resembles noodles, not chewy rings you might be more used to. And the ginger-garlic chicken wings, well they might be the best in the city.
