Spring At Meme
Spring has sprung at Mémé and there are some new dishes on the menu:
- Scallops with green tomato marmalade and chive oil.
- Kurabuta Pork Chop with peas, spring onion and fork mashed potatoes
- Meme Steak with blue cheese hash browns, local green beans and red wine.
An outdoor dining permit is about two weeks away and Chef David Katz now has a smoker to play with.
Katz has also changed up his Thursday lunch offering. It’s going to be fried chicken, a biscuit and a bottle of Miller High Life for $11! Rotating sides like mac n’ cheese, coleslaw, cornbread and baked beans will also be available.
