Everyday there are at least a half dozen stories on Philly.com that argue why newspapers shouldn’t allow comments.. Today’s example is actually kind of calm but utleyrules, who has a history of flaming comment wars gets it going in response to the Inquirer’s latest story on Stephen Starr’s Parc.
