Tacos Al Pastor from Los Taquitos de Puebla
The pork was spicy and flavorful, while lacking that oily quality that often accompanies pork. Wrapped in corn tortillas, the filling included onions, cilantro and pineapple, which gave the tacos a uniquely sweet twang.
