Pif Offers Special Three Courses For $30
Pif’s Executive Chef and owner, David Ansill is welcoming his wife, Catherine Gilbert-Ansill home from France.
And how better to welcome her home than by letting her create a weekly pre-fixe menu that features classic French dishes, as well as favorites from the Lorraine Region.
Every Thursday, Catherine will offer an ever-changing 3-course meal for $30.

Classics like Beef Bourguignon and Vegetable Ratatouille
Pissaladiere or French Onion Tart, with olives and fresh anchovies.
Cassoulet, a traditional French hearty stew
And for dessert, crepes with homemade jams and financier (a light tea cake) with berries
