Day four of our look at the progress of restaurants that are “opening soon.”
TriaThe second Tria is coming to 12th and Spruce and into the former home of a Laundromat. The small corner location has a long ways to go, but promises to be a welcome addition to the Washington Square West neighborhood.

Mexican PostComing to 1601 Cherry Street will be another Mexican Post. First announced that it would be opening in early 2006, there is no clear opening date but work is ongoing.

House Of BluesIn the Packard Building at 15th and Chestnut Streets is the future home of Philadelphia’s House of Blues. The Packard Building was also used as the train station in M. Night Shyamalan’s Unbreakable.

6's Rock N' Roll Bar6’s Rock N’ Roll Bar, backed by Jon Walmer, who gave us Whiskey Dix, is looking to open on the 1500 block of Sansom Street.

Bonte at 1317 Walnut StreetAnother Bonte is coming! This one will be next to Naked Chocolate Cafe at 1317 Walnut Street. The combination of the two will spell doom for any dieter who dares walk by.
