Brazilian Steak Chain Coming to Center City

Fogo de Chão claims to be an authentic Brazilian steak chain where meats are seasoned and slow-roasted over an open flame to capture their individual flavor. The savory cuts are then presented on skewers and carved tableside by authentic Gaucho chefs.
