Cross Medical Group (CMG) has grown essentially every year for the past 15 years. The key to this growth, according to plastic surgeon Dr. Kevin J. Cross, is the quality of the members that make up their team. The practice philosophy has long been: “Provide a patient experience better than what a patient can experience anywhere else in the world.” This starts with the team members that patients meet when they first contact the office, carries through to the providers who are creating best-in-practice results daily, and ends with the techniques and procedures that the office utilizes to achieve these results.

To continue to move its mission forward, CMG recently purchased additional adjacent office space in its Center City location, to allow for focused, non-surgical aesthetic care. CMG has developed its own in-house training program for injectable treatments under the guidance of Jessica Gallen, RN, a national injectable trainer. Jen Perry, RN, and her team have developed one of the most successful cellulite treatment centers in the country, according to industry data. The skincare team performs over 3,000 high-level facial treatments a year, including laser, chemical, and physical resurfacing.

Griffin Hair Restoration, under Dr. Thomas Griffin and Maureen Griffin, RN, performs single follicle hair restoration with nearly 100 percent graft take, and uses stem-cell-derived exosome treatments and proprietary topical agents to preserve thinning hair as well as to help maintain transplanted follicles.

Most recently, CMG brought in a second plastic surgeon, Dr. Jacqueline Lyons, who has a special focus in breast and body contouring surgical procedures. Patient satisfaction doesn’t come accidentally; it comes through the best people using the best techniques and technology to provide the best experiences and the best results.
