Report: Chip Kelly Down To Eagles, Oregon
The Eagles’ top NFL competitor in the Chip Kelly sweepstakes just reportedly bowed out of the race.
Browns owner Jimmy Haslam and execs are headed back to Browns. Sources say they will reboot coach search without Chip Kelly in the fold.

So Cleveland is restarting its HC search while Chip Kelly must decide whether to go to Philadelphia or remain at Oregon.

The Bills, who also had some interest in Kelly, have since hired Syracuse coach Doug Marrone.
Chip Kelly’s going to choose between Oregon and the Eagles, I’m told.

Now it becomes a question of whether Kelly’s second flirtation with the NFL will end much like the first one. Last season he originally decided to coach the Bucs before pulling out and returning to Oregon for the 2012 season. What makes the situation different this time around is the fact that the program might be facing sanctions from the NCAA. This could be the time for Kelly to move on.
If he does, Philadelphia is looking more and more like a potential landing spot.
The Eagles had a lengthy interview with Kelly Saturday and left Arizona Sunday to meet with Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy.
