Notes: Hall was listed as a limited participant Friday after being full-go on Thursday…Redskins coach Mike Shanahan sounded optimistic that both Meriweather and Garcon will play…Watkins is still having issues with his lateral mobility. The Eagles seemed legitimately uncertain as to whether the right guard would be available.
