Dr. Bhavsar is passionate about providing the highest quality dental care to all her patients. She has attained extensive training in the field of dentistry and specializes in periodontics. She values the importance of maintaining her patients’ teeth for a lifetime with a goal to promote good oral health which benefits overall systemic health. Her practice philosophy is to provide minimally invasive and conservative periodontal treatments to provide optimal and personalized dental care. Her expertise includes treating periodontal disease, placement of dental implants, crown lengthening, sinus lifts, ridge augmentation, soft tissue grafting and treatment of peri-implantitis utilizing advanced technology and latest materials. She believes in establishing a healthy relationship with all her patients and treats each patient as her family.

What's your background, education and training?

Dr. Bhavsar completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Mumbai, India and a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Penn Dental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her advanced specialty training in Periodontics and Implant Surgery at the University of Kentucky, School of Dentistry, where she served as a Chief Resident during her third year of training. She is also trained to administer IV sedation and is currently American Board of Periodontology (ABP) eligible. She has several peer reviewed research publications and a book chapter in top tier dental journals. During her residency training, she also completed her Master of Science (MS) Degree in Oral Biology with her thesis focused on salivary biomarkers in diagnosing and treating peri-implantitis.

Monday- Thursday 8:10am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:10am - 1:00pm

Insurances Accepted

Our office always strives to maximize your dental insurance benefit. As a service to our patients, we routinely electronically process and submit dental insurance forms for our patients. Depending upon the dental insurance plan, a patient may receive reimbursement for dental procedures completed at our practice for a portion of the treatment fee, or none of the treatment fee. We are not participants in any insurance plan, and you will not find our names in a list of providers from your insurance company. Unfortunately, we are not able to bill Medicare for dental procedures.

Our practice is a fee for service practice. We place all of our efforts into the correct diagnosis of any underlying problem, the selection of the optimal care for each patient, and of course, providing the ideal treatment in a warm; caring environment.
