Dr. Andrea Cronin and her team at Rittenhouse Smiles believe that patient communication and comfort is key. They offer gentler approaches and more personalized attention than some patients ever thought were possible. Wine, a therapy lap dog, noise cancelling headphones, warm lavender towels, additional neck/back support and access to the doctor’s personal cell phone are options given to enhance their patients’ comfort and peace of mind. Furthermore, Dr. Cronin and her team offer the latest in technology. Digital scanning with 3D cameras also improves patient comfort and allows for more detailed precision then ever before. Their mission is to educate first, discuss patient concerns and understand each patient’s wants, needs and even fears fully before any treatment begins. As a team, they want to develop relationships with patients and support overall health through optimum oral health. “Keeping my knowledge of dentistry current is very important to me and my team. I am a member of the local Spear Study Club, which I attend routinely. However, the relationships, referrals and reviews that I receive from patients and fellow dental colleagues is what drives my passion and humbles me daily. I know I’m doing something special when patients and colleagues trust me with their precious loved ones and share their experience. I am truly thankful for 17 years in this amazing and artistic field," explains Dr. Cronin.
