For a while, it seemed like no one would make a run for mayor of Philadelphia. Suddenly, everybody wants to be mayor! Nelson Diaz has made an ad as part of his exploration for a possible run for mayor of Philadelphia. We learn that he was raised in a rat-infested tenement in Harlem, and eventually moved to Philadelphia to attend school at Temple.

Eliot Curson, who made the ad for Diaz, told the Inquirer Diaz is “actively exploring” a run for mayor.
