The 2015 mayoral field now has four formal candidates: Anthony Williams, Lynne Abraham, Ken Trujillo and Nelson Diaz, the former judge, city solicitor, HUD general counsel and a longtime leader in Philadelphia’s Puerto Rican community.
Fittingly, he’s launching his campaign this morning from Tierra Colombiana, the Hunting Park institution that has become a hub of Latino Philadelphia. Phillymag’s Joel Mathis is on the scene, live-tweeting the event.
