Whether it’s cool perks, great salaries, killer projects or amazing company outings, Philly companies have so much to offer. So, Philadelphia magazine and BizPhilly are launching a competition to find the Coolest Companies to work for in the Philadelphia region.
Maybe a young startup that’s developing a smartphone app would fit the bill? Or perhaps a larger company with a renewed focus on innovation? Or maybe it’s a place where the 9-to-5 drudgery and clock watching has given way to an innovative, entrepreneurial work culture where employees are deeply engaged?
