Nelson Agholor is officially inactive for the Eagles’ Monday Night Football game against the Green Bay Packers, the team announced. Agholor, who has played 85 percent of the offense’s snaps this season, has been benched after admitting last week that he was in his own head and struggling to perform under pressure.

Starting right guard Brandon Brooks is also inactive after being hospitalized Monday with an illness. Rookie third-round pick Isaac Seumalo, who has played sparingly this season, will start in Brooks’ place. Ryan Mathews and Halapoulivaati Vaitai will both miss the game due to knee injuries, while Dillon Gordon, Taylor Hart and Steven Means are the Eagles’ other inactives.

Because of injuries, Darren Sproles will start at running back, Stefen Wisniewski will start at left guard and Allen Barbre will start at right tackle. With Agholor benched, undrafted free agent Paul Turner will appear in his first NFL game. He will likely play in the slot, while Jordan Matthews slides to the outside. Dorial Green-Beckham and Bryce Treggs should both also get an increase in playing time with Agholor inactive, while Treggs will start in Agholor’s place.

As for the Packers, both of their starting inside linebackers — Blake Martinez and Jake Ryan — are inactive. Starting right guard T.J. Lang and starting center JC Tretter will also be inactive, while linebacker Kyler Fackrell, cornerback Demetri Goodson and defensive tackle Christian Ringo — all backups — will be unavailable as well.
