Eagles-Steelers Inactives: Two Starters Out
The following Eagles will be inactive for their game against the Steelers today: Josh Andrews, Zach Ertz, Dillon Gordon, Leodis McKelvin, Isaac Seumalo, Bryce Treggs and Halapoulivaati Vaitai.
Brent Celek will start in place of Ertz at tight end, while Trey Burton is expected to again get a significant number of snaps. Ron Brooks will start in place of McKelvin at cornerback, and when the Eagles play nickel defense, Brooks will shift inside to the slot while Jalen Mills plays on the outside.
As for the Steelers, quarterback Zach Mettenberger, cornerback Senquez Golson, fullback Roosevelt Nix, linebacker Steven Johnson, interior offensive linemen Cody Wallace and Chris Hubbard, and defensive end L.T. Walton are inactive. While Pittsburgh is pretty healthy, left guard Ramon Foster and defensive end Cam Hayward are dealing with minor ankle injuries.
