4:22 — It didn’t take too long for Sanchez to land somewhere. He’s staying in the NFC East:

3:59 — Around the league, former Eagles quarterback Mark Sanchez will be cut in Denver. That means the Eagles will not get a draft pick from Denver.

3:55 — The team has officially announced their roster moves to get to 53 players.

3:38 — Ed Reynolds, who had a pick-six in Thursday night’s win over the Jets, has been cut.

3:23 — Josh Andrews is safe once again, according to his agent.

2:42 — More good news for two other rookie UDFAs.

2:39 — It appears as if Paul Turner will make the 53-man roster.

2:19 — Aziz Shittu has been released. It’s the ninth reported cut so far this weekend.

1:40 — Blake Countess, the Eagles’ sixth-round pick this year, is no longer on the team.

1:31 — Byron Marshall, as expected, appears to be heading to the Eagles’ practice squad.

1:29 — Marcus Johnson is also likely heading to the practice squad.

10:02 — With Quentin Gause gone, the Eagles may look to add a linebacker cut from another team if they want six at the position instead of five. Regardless, Gause seems like a strong practice squad candidate.

9:53 — It’s also very unlikely the Eagles bring McLeod Bethel-Thompson back on the practice squad.

9:51 — Former member of the Philadelphia Soul Jake Metz lasted less than a week.

9:39 — Myke Tavarres is reportedly going to be released, but he’s one of the linebackers the Birds may want to bring back on the practice squad. Update: A source confirms the news, adding it’s unlikely the Eagles sign Tavarres to the practice squad. —JP
